Eric Kimble began his journey that intertwined his passion for football with a profound commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. Graduating from Eastern Washington University with a degree in Business Administration, Eric's collegiate years were marked by dedication both on the field and in the classroom. Following his collegiate career, Eric's talent and determination caught the attention of the Miami Dolphins, resulting in him signing a contract with the team. Presently, he serves as the Executive Director of Regional IT for Providence and Swedish hospitals. However, amid the challenges of professional football, Eric remained deeply rooted in his desire to give back to his community. Drawing from his own experiences and fueled by a sense of purpose, he embarked on a mission to make a positive impact. Years after his NFL tenure, Eric and his close friends founded the Royal T Foundation. This foundation became his platform for creating positive change, focusing on empowering underserved youth through sports, education, and mentorship. Through initiatives such as youth football camps, scholarship programs, and community outreach efforts, the foundation aims to uplift and inspire the next generation. Eric, alongside his wife and four children, continues to exemplify his unwavering dedication to both personal success and community betterment. His legacy extends far beyond the touchdowns scored and records made, resonating in the countless lives touched by his kindness, leadership, and determination to make a difference.

Andre Harding, Vice President of the Royal T Foundation, brings a unique blend of passion and resilience to his role, rooted in a journey of service and dedication. Having co-founded the organization with two close friends, Andre's vision stems from a deep-seated desire to uplift youth facing barriers in our community. His military service underscores his commitment to duty and community, instilling in him a sense of purpose that drives his advocacy efforts. Andre’s passion for community empowerment began in Baltimore, MD, where he experienced firsthand the importance of unity and support. 

As Chief Financial Officer, Sonnya White brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the finance industry. With a commitment to financial transparency and strategic planning, she strives to ensure that our organization’s resources are effectively utilized to maximize our impact and support our mission of empowerment and community development. Through her expertise in financial management and dedication to our cause, she is honored to contribute to the transformative work of our organization, enabling individuals t reach their full potential and thrive within our society. 

Marissa Kimble, a native of Washington, has accumulated two decades of invaluable experience in customer service and management, honing her skills and expertise. In 2008, fate brought her together with Eric Kimble, her future husband, marking the beginning of a profound journey. Marissa wholeheartedly embraced Eric’s passion for community service and advocacy, deciding to join him and the founders of the Royal T Foundation in their mission to transform lives. With her extensive experience and unwavering dedication, she serves as a vital support to the team, working tirelessly to create a positive impact in the community. 

 Reanee Pasamante brings a wealth of experience in customer service, sales, and management to her role as Executive Assistant at Royal T Foundation. Despite her diverse professional background, Reanee finds her greatest fulfillment within the Royal T Foundation, where she wholeheartedly embraces the opportunity to give back to her community and support the youth. Growing up in Tacoma during the 80s and 90s, Reanee witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by many children in her neighborhood due to crime and violence. She understands the obstacles that disadvantaged youth encounter, particularly the barriers preventing them from participating in sports and other enriching activities. This personal insight fuels Reanee’s passion for the Royal T Foundation, which she views as a beacon of hope for the youth in her community. For Reanee, being part of the Royal T Foundation is more than just a job—it’s a calling. She believes deeply in the Foundation’s mission to provide opportunities for underprivileged youth to engage in sports and other activities without financial barriers. By offering these opportunities, Reanee sees the Foundation as a vital force in steering young people away from the pitfalls of their surroundings and towards a brighter, more promising future. With her dedication, empathy, and unwavering commitment to making a positive impact, Reanee Pasamante plays a pivotal role in advancing the Royal T Foundation’s mission and empowering the local youth to thrive.
